Handcrafted by Mucros Weavers at Muckross House , Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland, where master weavers use only the finest yarns on Hattersly looms that are almost 200 years old. This tweed hat is made from 100% wool. For over thirty years Mucros Weavers have produced quality woven accessories, under the expert eye of master weaver John Cahill. Our colorful  capes, ponchos, scarves, ladies hats, men’s hats and waistcoats are made from materials such as wool, mohair and alpaca. Our handbag and purse collection add elegance and style to any outfit. Visitors to Muckross House can still see spinning and weaving carried out the traditional way, in the craft workshop.
