1.27 ct Unheated Missouri River Sapphire, Silvery Blue – Purple Custom round brilliant, cut in the USA by Daniel O’Neil 5.9 x 5.9 x 4.5 mm A lovely pastel toned Montana Sapphire, Silvery Blue outdoors with a shift to Metallic Light Purple under warm artificial lighting!  Excellent cut and polish, tons of sparkle with a kind of “pinwheel” pattern visible on face-up ��  Some very small inclusions are present, not visible without magnification.  Fresh off one of the small family-owned mines clustered along the Missouri River Bank near Helena, MT.
