The toaster arrived promptly, was well packaged, and upon initial inspection was free from any observed defects. As you can see from the photo of the toaster on my counter, the appearance is consistent with that advertised in the online description. I find the color a pleasant stone. The performance is what I would hope for. The unit is affordable and I believe is a good value. Further, I was able to order a matching air fryer, which also looks great. I have no qualms in recommending this product.
